Shipping Rates, Carriers, and Delivery Estimates

• We use reliable shipping carriers like Australia Post, (Startrack) for delivering orders. Tracking details are sent via email.

• Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the shipping destination of the order.

• While we strive to ensure timely delivery of all orders, please note that delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

• We currently ship orders to addresses within Australia.

Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes.

 

Order Processing and Shipment Timeframe

PLEASE NOTE: Orders received by 12:00pm are usually despatched same day (Excluding Public Holidays and weekends).

• We strive to process orders within 24 hours, Monday through Friday. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays. Extension Leads can sometimes incur a longer delay from manufacturing in-house by our qualified electricians.

• In case of a high volume of orders, there may be a delay in shipment for a few days. We appreciate your patience during such instances.

• If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will reach out to you via email or telephone and advise.

• Please allow additional transit days for delivery after the order has been shipped.

 

Tracking & Delivery

Our shipping service features online tracking. To ensure successful delivery, we suggest using a company or work address whenever possible.

Note: The estimated delivery time may vary depending on the shipping carrier's delivery schedule, shipping destination, and delivery location. We do not take any responsibility for delivery delays caused by shipping carriers.

 

Calculating Freight at Checkout

At checkout, you can calculate freight charges for your order by adding products to your cart. A section labelled 'Calculate Shipping Charges' will appear below your cart. To get the freight calculation for your order, fill in the empty fields with your shipping address and postcode, and then click on the 'Calculate' button.

 

Returns

We offer a 7-day returns policy from the date of receipt of goods. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

To complete your return, you will need to provide proof of purchase or a receipt. Please note that we may charge a fee for testing the returned item.

Please note that the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Damaged or incomplete items that are not due to our error.
  • Items that are not in their original condition

All shipping costs associated with the return of an item will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

 

Refunds

After we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also notify you if your refund has been approved or rejected.

If your refund is approved, the credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment or credit card within 10 business days. Please be aware that returns may be subject to testing costs, which will be deducted from the refund, if applicable unless a fault is found.

however, we understand that some inaccuracies, typographical errors, or misinterpretations may occur. Therefore, we reserve the right to rectify such errors or inaccuracies as soon as they are identified.

 

Cancellation

Cancellation of orders can be made before the products are despatched. Please note that an administration fee of up to $15.00 may apply depending on the stage of the cancellation request. Once the products have been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accommodated.
